The Siempre Fuerte Awards enjoy great social prominence

The MCF Foundation united big personalities from the city at its annual event, which was once again a resounding success.

Nobody wanted to miss out on this event, which had extensive representation from Málaga CF: general manager of the entity, Richard Shaheen; sports director, Manolo Gaspar; and Club advisers, Francisco Martín Aguilar and Abdallah Ben Barek. Blue and White first team coach, Sergio Pellicer was also in attendance, along with players, Munir and Cifu; as well as team delegate, Josemi and MCF Academy director, Duda. On behalf of Málaga CF Femenino, coordinator of the sector, Mario Rueda was present, as well as coach, José Herrera and players, Cristina Postigo, Ruth Acedo and Adriana Martín. Málaga Genuine was represented by coach, Fernando González and footballers, Jesús and Paula López.

On an institutional level, Mayor of the City of Málaga, Francisco de la Torre was in attendance at the event, accompanied by Councillor for Culture and Sport, Noelia Losada; and Francisco Pomares, Councillor for Social Rights, Equality, Accessibility, Inclusive Policies and Housing. On behalf of Málaga’s Provincial Government, present were first vice president and sports delegate, Juan Carlos Maldonado; vice president, Kika Caracuel; Deputy for Equality, Esperanza González; Deputy for Human Resources, Juande Villena; Deputy for Development and Infrastructure, Francisco Oblaré; and technical director, Fernando Sánchez. The Junta de Andalucía was represented by General Secretary of Sports at the Junta de Andalucía, José María Arrabal; and Málaga Delegate of Education and Political Sciences, Mercedes García Paine.

Various friends of the MCF Foundation also attended this emotional evening: the sponsors of the gala; Museo Picasso Málaga, who loaned us such impressive facilities, represented by its artistic director, José Lebrero, El Corte Inglés represented by Eduardo Barrero, Head of Institutional Relations, and Fundación el Pimpi, represented by its president, Luis Merino Bayona. Also present were CaixaBank Business Manager, Ana Belén Morales; general manager of SANAMAR, José Gutiérrez; and father of Pablo Ráez, Paco Ráez. Also notable was the attendance of other clubs including Unicaja Baloncesto Promotions and Marketing Director, José Carlos Gaspar; president of Rincón Fertilidad de Balonmano, Pepa Moreno; and player, Sole López. Several member companies of The MBC were also present.
