The institutions sign up to +Viento y Marea

Representatives from the City Hall, Diputación Provincial and Junta de Andalucía acquired their respective membership cards for the 2020/21 season.

For another year, and despite the current situation that has delayed this traditional event for a few months, the institutions have renewed their commitment to the Club, collecting their +Viento y Marea Malaguista season ticket for the 2020/21 season in person.

After having their temperature taken, one by one they passed through reception at La Rosaleda’s offices to make the payment and receive their membership card. In attendance were Mayor of Málaga, Francisco de la Torre; president of the Diputación Provincial de Málaga, Francisco Salado; and Andalusian government delegate, Patricia Navarro.

The three institutional representatives later posed for a photo with their Viento y Marea season tickets on the pitch at La Rosaleda Stadium.

Francisco de la Torre, along with Francisco Salado and Patricia Navarro selected the +Viento y Marea premium option, at a cost of €49,90, featuring more benefits than the Viento y Marea option, and encourage all Malaguistas to do the same.

Statements to MCFTV

Francisco Martín Aguilar (Málaga CF’s Protocol and Institutional Relations Adviser):

“In these difficult times for us all, we thank the authorities for coming, as always. I’ve had the opportunity to welcome them every year and have always noticed the warmth and support they’ve conveyed to the Club”.

Francisco de la Torre (Mayor of Málaga)

“It’s a gesture we make every year, to show our commitment and love for the Club, which is love for the city. What’s good for the Club is good for the city, and I hope what’s good for the city is also good for the Club, and something I hope is useful to the Club on its new path when the time comes”.

Francisco Salado (President of the Diputación Provincial de Málaga)

“As a Malaguista and president of the Diputación, I am renewing my season ticket and sponsorship that Málaga CF needs to get out of this financial downturn. From a sporting aspect, we’re having a good season. Following the management of José María Muñoz, we’ll be in the place we deserve to be, the First Division, competing in major competitions”.

Patricia Navarro (Andalusian government delegate in Málaga)

“It’s about supporting our team and Club to the max. I’m certain this is our year. Málaga CF will once again reach those levels of success we’ve seen before. I’m convinced we’ll do it again”.
