In the fourth instalment of the essentials, we bring you the physical trainer of the Malaguista first team, Manu Gestoso. Formed in the MCF Academy, he has worked with various teams in the Blue and White youth ranks before making the leap to the first team.
Gestoso began his career with the first team as physical trainer and is currently in charge of the recovery of injured players within Muñiz’s team. Much loved among all the members of the coaching staff and team, Gestoso stands out for his hard work and the positivity he conveys to the group.
