The first Malaguista goal arrived after 15 minutes. Carmen Gómez, within her scoring streak, netted the 0-1 in 20’. Shortly before half-time, the locals went level thanks to Marta (1-1, 38’).
In the second half, María Cortés, also very successful in goal in recent weeks, scored the partial 1-2 in 60’. Once again Carmen sentenced the match with a brace, to seal the definitive 1-2 win in 76’.
MCFF remain at the top of the table, with eight wins out of eight (24 points), and +three above the team in second place, CD Badajoz 1905.
This week, Ayala’s team have two games coming up: on Thursday 11th at La Rosaleda (17:00) in the second round of the Copa de la Reina against Zaragoza CFF; then again on Sunday, at Roma Luz, on matchday 9 of Primera Nacional against AD FB La Rambla.
