The Children’s Football Fiesta taking place at La Rosaleda

Málaga CF, Diputación Provincial and Coca-Cola present the V Children’s Day, bringing thousands of children to the Malaguista stadium to watch #MálagaAlavés on Sunday at 12:00.

The ‘Juan Cortés’ press room at La Rosaleda stadium hosted the presentation of the V Children’s Day. A great day for young fans, hosted by the Club over the past five seasons.

Malaguista defender, Iván Rodríguez attended the event, along with Málaga CF Femenino coach, Antonio Contreras; women’s team captains, Adriana and Chelsea; sports delegate, Cristóbal Ortega; head of communication at Coca-Cola European Partners, Eduardo Martínez, as well as Sebastián Fernández Reyes ‘Basti’ from the MCF Foundation’s Social Department, and Club advisers, Antonio Benítez and Abdullah Ben Barek.

On this occasion, the match selected to bring football to children in the capital and every corner of the province will be Málaga CF - Deportivo Alavés (Sunday 6th May, 12:00). “We always look for the best kick-off time. There’s no better time for the young fans than a Sunday at 12:00”, said the Sports delegate.

“It’s a difficult time for the first team, but at the same time, it’s exciting. We need to be more united than ever and promote this type of initiative. The boys and girls don’t understand the categories, they only understand ‘Malaguismo’ and Málaga CF. What we need to do is fill La Rosaleda on Sunday and help our Club” he adds.

How do I get tickets?

The Club will make available 500 pairs of tickets (Fondo section) for Malaguista season ticket holders, completely free, so they can go and support their team in the final stretch of the League competition. To acquire the tickets, season ticket holders only need to fill out a form on the ‘Malaguistas’ section of the official Málaga CF website (https://www.malagacf.com/malaguistas/malaguistas). On the form the season ticket holder’s membership number and DNI will be checked, and the two tickets will then be automatically sent as a PDF file to the email indicated by the applicant. The tool to request the two tickets per season ticket holder, whilst stocks last, will be enabled on Thursday 3rd May from 10:00.

MCF Foundation and Diputación Provincial

Furthermore, the MCF Foundation will give away 60 tickets to each of the schools visited during the ‘Blue and White Values’ campaign, and the Diputación Provincial will distribute a total of 700 invitations for the youngest fans in the province to enjoy the League match.

To get the atmosphere going in the run-up to #MálagaAlavés, the Club and Coca-Cola European Partners are organising a series of activities for young fans, around La Rosaleda stadium. In addition, the Málaga CF Official Store, located at the Malaguista stadium, will give away Blue and White’s team watches to the first 150 clients who purchase an official first team jersey (both home and away), which are at the reduced price of 39 euros.

Málaga CF Femenino

To round off Children’s Day, Málaga CF Femenino will play their first match in the promotion play-offs to LaLiga Iberdrola against CD Femarguín at Ciudad Deportiva de Cártama (Sunday 6th May, 17:00). Tickets for this match are free for everyone to go and support the Blue and Whites’ girls in their fight for promotion to the top flight.
