Armando Sadiku and Sergio Buenacasa will continue with Málaga Club de Fútbol until the end of the current season.
Like Luis Muñoz, David Lombán and Aarón Ñíguez, both forwards have extended their contracts beyond 30th June and will renounce their fees for the remainder of the 19/20 season. Both Sadiku and Buenacasa are at the Club on loan, from Levante UD and RCD Mallorca, respectively.
In the case of the Albanian striker, his great performance has led him to be named the team’s ‘pichichi’ so far this Liga SmartBank season. He’s played 26 league games (plus one Copa del Rey game), scoring 10 goals in 2,206 minutes of play.
In addition, the forward, who was part of the Juventus de Turín and FC Barcelona youth ranks, arrived in the last winter transfer window, debuting – like coach Sergio Pellicer – with a victory at La Rosaleda against his former team, SD Ponferradina.
One of the emblems of the Entity and a slogan among Malagusimo - Memory, Commitment and Faith - is highlighted once again with this extension of player contracts with the MCF seal.
Commitment, in capital letters, defines a team of players and coaches who put the Club above their financial interests in order to achieve the sporting objectives and to please the unconditional fans. Armando and Sergio, THANK YOU.
