Not giving up
“It’s a frustrating situation. It’s very difficult both for us and the fans, who don’t deserve this for how they support us in matches. We are the first ones affected and we would like to apologise for the situation. We must keep our heads held high, continue working and stay united as there’s still a long way to go in the League, we’re not going to give up. It’s important that we focus on moving forward and concentrate on the next match”.
Goal
“I believe we did things well during the game, but obviously if you don’t score that goal that gives you a touch of tranquillity to manage the match, you end up in a very frustrating dynamic. They scored from a set piece, which was tough to take and something we didn’t know how to come back from”.
Long way to go
“We’re on matchday 8, there are 30 games remaining which we must view as 30 finals. As time goes on we need to get out of this rut, we’ll never give up that’s for sure. We’ll never surrender and will fight until the end”.
