Regino Hernández is a pioneer and knows very well how hard and rewarding top-level sport can be. From Mijas by adoption, he is an Olympic medal-winning snowboarder, number one in Spain, and had a few words of encouragement for Málaga CF whilst at the box at La Rosaleda: “Stay strong, I’m certain Málaga will go back up. The only thing needed is sacrifice and a lot of support from fans. Although it’s not a great time at the moment, that encouragement is needed for the team to be at 100%”, he said to the Club’s media.
For Regino, his first visit to La Rosaleda left him very impressed: “Visiting a stadium like this, more so being at home… the truth is I’m greatly surprised by La Rosaleda”, he explained.
