Quintana: “I try to do my best in whichever position I play”

The versatile homegrown player spoke to MCFTV following the match against Alcorcón. “I knew my homegrown teammates from before, and we’re here to help as much as possible”, he affirmed.

Positives and negatives

“We’ve handled it well, worked hard and given our all. We didn’t get the result we wanted today, but we must focus on the positives to try to keep them coming, and the negatives to improve on them so they don’t happen again”.

Giving all you’ve got

“I try to do my best in whichever position I play; sometimes it goes better than others, but I always give my all to make sure things turn out well”.

Versatility

“I usually play as a central defender and midfielder, which is what I’ve done all the years I’ve been here, trying to do the best I can. It’s also about staying strong and keeping a clean sheet, which is the most important thing for the defence”.
