Málaga CF Femenino face a new league challenge this Sunday 12th October at 16:00 at the Estadio Antonio Toledo Sánchez, where they will take on Fundación Cajasol Sporting de Huelva on matchday 6 of Group 3 in the Segunda Federación.
Héctor Díaz’s side aims to bounce back after a narrow home defeat against CD Getafe Femenino (0-1), which leaves them in ninth place with 7 points. They will face a strong Sporting team, fourth in the standings with 10 points, coming off an away win against Granada CF ‘B’ (0-2).
It will also be a match with recent history. Just two weeks ago, the two teams faced each other at the same venue in the 2nd round of the Copa de la Reina, in which the Malaguistas were eliminated after a 3-0 defeat.
