Hard-fought draw
“The first goal penalised us. Every match is very important, and they showed that in the first half. We weren’t at our best, they felt very comfortable playing a low block, and the game was played how they wanted. We were imprecise, and in the second half, down 0-2 after the break, we said it’s just one goal and we’re a team that must not lose its spirit. In the end, the team’s DNA, never giving up, being daring and bold, showed through, and we even could have taken the win. Ultimately, we regained that energy, and it helps us realise we have to give everything. Getting the draw helped us resolve a situation that I believe was not in line with what we’ve shown this season.”

“The important thing is that it has been a difficult, very tough season, the objectives have been met, and what the fans did today is incredible, cheering, pushing us on, even though things weren’t going well.”

“We all have to raise our level. Every season is a test, and performance needs to be renewed. The past doesn’t count. This competition is a rollercoaster, very long and requires a lot of effort. We all need to take a step forward.”
