Pacheco: “We knew we were coming to a tough stadium”

The Malaguista forward attended to the media following the defeat by CA Osasuna: “In the final minutes nerves set in and we let the match get away from us”.

Final minutes

“In the final part of the game I was on the bench. It seemed as though nerves set in and we let the match get away from us”.

Expulsion of N’Diaye

“He’s annoyed because he knows that an expulsion harms the team. I also couldn’t see the actions very well. Hopefully, if any of the cards shouldn’t have been given, they will at least serve for us to recover them for the next game. I didn’t see anything, but I know him pretty well. We were teammates previously and I believe he’s one of the best players in the world of football. He’s a super calm guy”.

El Sadar

“It’s normal and we know it. You need to be on top form and do things right. We knew we were coming to a tough stadium. Now it’s time to move on and recover”.

Away games

“More than worrying we want to change this streak. We know that in order to be at the top we need to score points from away games. It’s been a struggle for us lately, so we must keep trying”.

Absences

“The worst thing is the possible absences we’ll have next week. It’s something we have to try and learn from and keep a cool head”.
