Mikel Villanueva in training in the group, without Miguel Torres

The Malaguista first team was in training today at the Ciudad de Málaga. Reserve team’s Mikel Villanueva was in action, whilst Juankar and Miguel Torres were absent, the latter with a bruise to his left leg.

An hour and a half’s work prioritising exercises using the ball, including a mini-match on a full-sized pitch, marked a new training session for MCF.

Madrid-born defender, Miguel Torres remained in the gym today to undergo therapeutic treatment due to a bruise to the ‘vastus externus’ in the left leg.  Juankar was absent from the group due to injury problems to his left adductor muscle.

With regard to yesterday’s session, Javi Ontiveros returned to work with Atlético Malagueño, and his teammate Mikel Villanueva ‘moved up’ to the first team, representing the main news of the day.

Tomorrow, Thursday from 10:30 a.m., Málaga CF will return to training at the Ciudad de Málaga stadium.
