The Atlético Malagueño squad and coaching team were received with honours at City Hall by Mayor Francisco de la Torre, in a public recognition after achieving promotion to the bronze division of Spanish football.
CEO of The MCF Academy, Hamyan Al-Thani headed up the Blue and Whites’ delegation on the visit to City Hall. She was accompanied by Club advisers, Antonio Benítez, Abdullah Ben Barek and Francisco Martín Aguilar, and MCF Academy sports director, Rafa Gil.
A very special day at ‘Casona del Parque’ in which the mayor and his government team recognised the return of the Blue and Whites’ reserve squad to Second Division B after 11 years. “Congratulations on your 2ªB promotion, I wish you the very best for the season”, said De la Torre.
