“I enjoyed watching Hicham and Harper from the stands”

Atlético Malagueño coach, Dely Valdés was proud of the performance by the reserve team players under the orders of Muñiz: “Hopefully we’ll continue contributing to the first team, that’s the aim”.

After receiving the medal of the city from Mayor, Francisco de la Torre, Dely Valdés analysed his pupils’ start to the season.

Welcome

“Being here and receiving this recognition is a double satisfaction. We gave prime importance to achieving promotion and hopefully we’ll continue working on the growth of the reserve team players and contributing to the first team, that’s the aim”.

Positive conclusions

“Despite the defeat the other day, the performance and work of the team was positive. Beyond the result, we drew many conclusions from this match, the majority of which were positive”.

Hicham and Harper

“The other day, during #MálagaAlcorcón, I enjoyed watching from the stands and seeing Hicham and Harper have minutes on the pitch and perform well. This fills you with pride, to see the guys you used to train now playing with the first team”.

Marbella

“It’s a great game. Two football teams from Málaga competing in 2ªB is very good for Málaga”.

2ªB

“As coaches, we must instil in the boys that we’re not competing in the Third Division and that perhaps, only perhaps, we won’t see the team at the top of the standings. However, this team has the potential to compete and why not be amongst the top teams”?

Objective

“The objective is to maintain our place and fight for it. There’s no other objective at the moment”.
