Since last week, Málaga CF Femenino’s training school has been conducting specific training sessions at the Federación Malagueña ground. The objective, to attract players of alevín age fundamentally, to join the Blue and Whites’ youth ranks, whose pillars are the first team competing in the Second Division, a reserve team and a cadete.
Nati Gutiérrez, monitor and coach of the newly created Infantil MCFF, speaks to MCFTV about the basic objectives of these training days: “We want to promote women’s football in Málaga, and create categories of all ages. This year with the Infantil, and now with the Alevín in 7-a-side. The important thing in grassroots football is training. There is a great deal of excitement, and the parents are far more receptive to signing up their daughters to football”.
Talent, effort and a desire to grow, for the formation of a squad of girls to reinforce, in the not-too-distant future, the MCF femenino first team.
