Malagueño didn’t manage to claim any points in Loja or against Real Jaén, whilst the Juvenil ‘A’ achieved two important victories to keep them at the top of the standings together with Sevilla FC and Real Betis Balompié.
Atlético Malagueño
A week of two defeats for the Blue and White reserve team. Last Thursday, at the always tough ground of Medina Lauxa, the boys lost 2-1 against Loja. Rafa Camacho scored the Malaguista goal.
Yesterday, at the Federación Malagueña, the competitive Real Jaén won (0-2) in a highly serious match with no options for points. With 10 matches remaining until the regular league season comes to an end, Malagueño remain in a mid-table position.
Juvenil DH
Two big wins for Nacho’s boys to stay in the fight for the División de Honor juvenil Group 4 title. First, a huge win in Melilla (0-12), with five goals from Hoyos and an Issa Fomba hattrick, with both players enjoying a big scoring streak.
Then yesterday, the team secured a home win in the derby against 26 de Febrero (3-1). Again, goals from Hoyos and Issa Fomba, plus another from Guille, led the team to claim six out of six points.
