Match preview: #MálagaSporting

Málaga CF will be hosting Real Sporting de Gijón at La Rosaleda, for the match corresponding to LaLiga SmartBank matchday 8.

The Blue and Whites, with six points in the standings and in 17th place, face the outfit from Asturias with seven points and in 15th place. Kick-off is on Sunday at 12:00 (Movistar LaLiga).

The match will be officiated by Dámaso Arcediano Monescillo from Castilla La Mancha, who has only refereed Málaga CF once before in an official match, last season: Real Oviedo 0-0 Málaga CF. Rubén Ávalos Barrera from Cataluña will be in charge of the VAR.
