Match preview: Barça-Málaga

Málaga CF is off to Camp Nou to face FC Barcelona on LaLiga Santander matchday 9. Kick-off is on Saturday at 20.45 (Bein LaLiga).

#BarçaMálaga will be refereed by Asturian-born González Fuertes, debuting in the elite this season, and the first time he will officiate Málaga CF.

  • Málaga CF has visited Camp Nou 16 times in the League. The Blue and Whites clinched victory in 1999/00 (1-2) and 2014/15 (0-1), as well as the draw last season, 2015/16 (0-0).
  • Málaga CF, on matchday 9 of the previous 16 seasons in the First Division, has obtained four victories, four draws and eight defeats. Coincidentally, there have been two Málaga CF-FC Barcelona clashes on matchday 9, both at La Rosaleda.
