Hard to achieve victory
“In terms of results, the team is not achieving victories. We were really eager to get those three points and change the dynamics of the last eight games, and it didn’t happen. We are a team that insists until the end and we got the equaliser. We have secured our place in the playoffs and are aware of what remains. We have to win these two so that we can be calm. There is pressure, which is normal, we are in Málaga and we have to live with the pressure that there is to move up. We have to move forward, on Saturday we have a nice game with our fans at home. Hopefully we’ll make them happy as they deserve.”
Discontent amongst the fans
“Of course, it’s normal when you don’t have the dynamic of winning games, we all like to win. We have secured our place in the playoffs, it’s difficult. People think that we were going to be promoted first. It doesn't matter if you finish third, fourth or fifth because it will depend on you to get promoted to the Second Division. It's two games and you have a 50% chance. In the playoff everyone is motivated, we have the advantage of La Rosaleda but we must ensure that the pressure doesn't get the better of us. The team is confident and eager. We have to know how to correct our mistakes for the next game and win the points at home.”
Pressure off to secure the playoff
“The world of football is about results and when you don't win you see the shortcomings a lot. The team trains very well and in the games we seem to get stuck, we’re not doing what we did previously and scoring quickly. We had a very good streak, we have to continue as now the most important part of the season is here. We have to know where we are and move forward. There is a spectacular group of people who all want the same thing. The results are not happening, we have to change the dynamic and clear our minds. We are in the playoff, the pressure is off in that sense, and we have to get to the next games as well as we can, which I’m sure we’ll do against Antequera.”
Difficulty scoring
“We’re having a hard time getting to the area, today we came out with two forwards to be able to play in the space because San Fernando put their defence very high up. We didn’t find the free man, but the team is united and confident in what’s coming. We have to clear up any doubts we have, we know our intention to advance to professional football. We can’t let the pressure get to us, we know that it is a demanding Club. We are already in the playoffs, let people clear their minds and be calm. We are going to give our all on the pitch. When the playoffs start the team is going to take a step forward. Just like on Saturday against Antequera, because it’s the last home game before the playoff and people have to leave happy.”
