The CESUR centre provides higher education for future professionals in different fields, including TAFAD (Higher Technician in Animation of Physical Activities and Sports). Students received a visit from Malaguista defender, Diego González and fitness trainer, Manu Gestoso who gave an insightful talk.
Both Manu and Diego explained their working methods, day to day training sessions and the importance of nutrition in physical performance, amongst other things.
Those present had the opportunity to ask questions in order to complement their future training.
