Míchel’s men have confirmed their presence in the 63rd edition of the Carranza Cup, where they’ll defend their title won last pre-season. Málaga CF defeated Cádiz CF (2-1) to lift the trophy for the first time.
As well as the Blue and Whites, also taking part in the tournament on 11th, 12th and 13th August are: Villareal CF, Cádiz – the competition organisers – and a fourth participant yet to be confirmed.
