Possibly, the best memory of the 13/14 season for the Blue and Whites. The first league victory of that post-Champions campaign, with its superb football and goals, remains in the memory of every Malaguista fan.

Dutch striker Mounir El Hamdaoui, who debuted in front of the fans wearing the Blue and White jersey, scored a hat trick and became the undisputed star of the match. Goals from Portillo and Eliseu added to the victory against Rayo Vallecano to the delight of La Rosaleda.
