Club adviser, Ben Barek represented the Martiricos outfit at the event, along with Guardia Civil commander, Francisco Román, and Andrés Olivares, the president of the Luis Olivares Foundation: the beneficiary of the monies raised from the charity fun run.
The Málaga CF Foundation has collaborated in the organisation of this popular race, with 800 runners taking part. The 7.5 kilometre fun run will start and finish at the Ciudad de Málaga athletics stadium. Following the race, from 12 p.m., the prize giving ceremony will take place (each participant will receive a commemorative medal), and runners and guests can enjoy a host of children’s activities and exhibitions by the Guardia Civil.
