During his first social activity, Basti conversed with Mayor of Málaga, Francisco de la Torre; government deputy in Málaga, Miguel Briones; provincial government president, Elías Bendodo; and Julio Andrade, deputy mayor and delegate of security, tourism and institutional relations. Following the fun run, in which some 800 people took part, it was time for the trophy presentation. Later, Basti presented a shirt, signed by the first team, to one of the lucky runners in the prize draw.
The Málaga CF Foundation collaborated in the organisation of the Guardia Civil charity fun run; funds raised are going to the Luis Olivares Foundation. Those who took part in the 7’5 kilometre run, which started and finished at the Ciudad de Málaga athletics stadium, were able to taste and enjoy Alzola water; Málaga CF’s official mineral water provider, in bottles bearing the Club shield and team colours.
