The session got underway with a video viewing. Then around 11:30 the Malaguista squad moved on to the pitch at La Rosaleda’s Annexe following yesterday’s training at the Federación Malagueña ground.

A total of 25 players were in training at full pace this morning, namely: goalkeepers Juan Soriano, Dani Barrio and homegrown keeper Gonzalo, plus 22 players including reserve team members Ismael, Ramón, Benítez, Cristo, Quintana, Juan Cruz and juvenil players Larrubia and Haitam.

Luis Muñoz re-joined normal group training today, with Lombán and Cristo also training at a good level for the second consecutive day. Outside the group, Matos, Benkhemassa and reserve team players Julio and Hicham continued with their respective recoveries.

Tomorrow, Saturday the team’s penultimate training session will take place (11:00) and a press conference by Pellicer (13:00) at La Rosaleda, the day before Sunday’s Cup duel at Martiricos against Granada CF.
