Via the first team’s nutritionist, we learn how the footballers prepare for the final stretch of the season, on a nutritional level.

La Rosaleda is a stadium full of secrets and has all the necessary means to optimise the performance of the players. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the Blue and White house has transformed to comply with all required sanitary measures.

One of these rooms is the kitchen, run by the Blue and White first team nutritionist, Paco Jaime. The Blue and White ovens prepare a Mediterranean diet, key to the performance of a football team, even more so now as we reach the final stretch of LaLiga SmartBank.

In record time, and thanks to the help of the Maintenance Department, La Rosaleda’s kitchen is cooking again.
