Atlético Malagueño defeated CD Ronda by 3-0 to maintain the Third Division Group 9 top spot. Atlético Málaga weren’t in competition last weekend.

Atlético Malagueño defeated CD Ronda by 3-0 in a match in which the reserve team was superior over the rival throughout.  The ‘Malaguistas’ took the lead with an impressive goal from Pedro in minute 10’.  The winger outwitted the rival keeper crossing the ball into the net, just grazing the post.  Following the goal, Malagueño dominated possession whilst the opponent tried to take advantage of any oversight to go on the counter attack.  After a great individual display, Alberto set up the perfect ball for winger, Ismael to score the second goal of the match with a header in minute 30’.  At half-time the Blue and Whites were 2-0 up.

Soon into the second half, in minute 47’, Pirulo made the most of a lost ball inside the area to score the third, definitive goal.  This 3-0 win allows Manel Ruano’s boys to stay at the top of Third Division Group 9 for another week.
