The Albanian midfielder, recently signed to Atlético Malagueño, was part of the starting line-up in the U-21 Spain-Albania clash held on Thursday at the Nuevo Arcángel de Córdoba.

Spain’s national team, with Luis de la Fuente at the helm, defeated Albania by 3-0 with goals from Oyarzabal (5’), Borja Mayoral (56’) and Rafa Mir (90+2’). Keidi, the number ‘8’ wearing the captain’s armband, was one of the standout players on his national team.

Following eight qualifying games for the upcoming U-21 European Championships, Keidi’s Albania are in penultimate place (6 points) in Group 2, with Spain at the top with 21 points.
