Keidi Bare: “I want to play a match and feel like a footballer again”
The Albanian midfielder spoke to the Club media following the third training session of the week. “I’m very happy to be here, to be in training and see my teammates”, he said.
Back to work at La Rosaleda
“Thank goodness we’re back. We’ve been at home for a long time, we were all very bored, training on our own, and it starts to get you down. I’m very happy to be here, to be in training, see my teammates and carry out different training”.
The worst thing, not being able to hug everyone
“I miss it so much as everyone in the dressing room has a great relationship. I miss hugging my mates and joking around. I’m not having a bad time, but I need to do it”.
Competing again
“I can’t wait to play a match and feel like a footballer again. It’s not the same just training, you have to compete. I love competing in training, in matches, in everything. I want to feel that again, so hopefully it won’t be long”.
Situation in Albania
“Things are a little easier there than here, it’s not as bad. People can go out in the street, but they have a timetable. There haven’t been as many fatalities, for that I’m glad. My country is small and if many people were infected it would be an extremely serious problem”.
Looking forward to returning to the national team
“Before the outbreak of the virus, I was called-up to my national team. I really wanted to go and be with them as it’s a beautiful experience. Hopefully it won’t be long, if everything goes ok and we get back to normal, I’ll be called-up again”.
