Iván Rodríguez del Pozo (Alameda, Málaga, 1996) began his training period at the MCF Academy in the 2007/08 season. Due to his good and hard work work, he progressed through the junior teams - alevín, infantil and cadete. Subsequently, he went through the National League and the Youth Division of Honor, which allowed Ivan to continue completing his training as a footballer, adding also internatonal duty in the U16 category with Spain.

From the 2013/14 season until last season, Iván was a player of great importance in the Blue and Whites’s reserves. His impact both on the pitch and in the dressing room made him one of the captains of the team. After winning two consecutive championships in Group IX of the Third Division (2017 and 2018), and in the former he achieved a historic promotion to Segunda B, successfully crowning his work in the Malaguista second team.

Iván Rodríguez’s debut with the first team was against Real Madrid, in La Rosaleda, on 15 April 2018. In the current 2018/19 a gap has been made in the right back, and he boosts the defensive quality of a team always in the higher echelons of LaLiga 1 | 2 | 3.
