Isco: “This has just begun and the team still has to find itself”

The Blue and Whites striker, Isco Alarcón, spoke to the media this morning in the Ciudad de Málaga press room.

Isco’s statements:

(Rayo / Real Madrid). “It’s a game in which we can make up for the last two defeats, we hope to come out in front so we can carry on moving up.  Some moves cost the team dearly with Madrid playing pretty well, but we faced up to them.  We made some mistakes in defence and Madrid kill you on that.”

(Personal). “I wasn’t expecting to play from the start, and so I’ll keep on working.  Now we’ve got an important game against Rayo, against Betis they played an aggressive game, putting lots of pressure on.  Pacheco? I’m looking forward to seeing him and I hope to do so this week.  I must continue at full-pelt as there’s quite a lot to improve on. I’m the kind of player who likes to be in contact with the ball.”

(Objectives / Baptista). “We always go out on the pitch with idea of getting the three points and we hope to manage a good patch of positive results.  We’re just the same, more exited than ever in fact; this has just begun and the team still has to find itself. Baptista being out is significant, but the squad has the players to take on whatever without him, even though we do miss him.”
