Bumpy match
“Honestly speaking, we took the lead on the score board, but I don’t think we did enough to translate this lead into a good result. Set pieces gave us the chance to claim a point. It was a very rough game, with multiple adverse circumstances: injuries, changes…and I think this lessened our ability to compete better in the match. Despite everything we earned another point at a difficult ground, and we’ll take away the positives.”
Injuries
“Kameni didn’t feel right, I don’t know. We also have Chory who had to abandon play with a strain – not in the same leg as his last injury, but the other one. Roque also suffered a nasty blow to his quadriceps which forced us to make the third change in the second half.”

“I won’t say I’m surprised as I think he performed well at a difficult time, without warming up, and he helped the team to achieve the point. I appreciate the difficulty, but I’m not surprised as I expect a lot from him, and I also expect a lot from Kameni.”
