The Fútbol Draft technical committee has already selected in its first men's cut the 99 players who will compete for the awards in Spanish youth football 2022. Subsequently, a cut of 55 players will be made before the winners are announced in October.

Among those selected this year are five members of Málaga CF. In the category of central defender is Andrés Caro; right midfielder, Dani Lorenzo; David Larrubia is included in the left winger category; and in the position of forward are Roberto Fernández and Loren Zúñiga.

Competition is fierce, with internationals on the list such as Barcelona’s Pedri, Gavi and Ansu Fati, Villarreal’s Yeremi Pino, as well as a lot of other young talent.

Every year since 2006, Fútbol Draft rewards the most promising players in Spanish football. Names such as Sergio Ramos, Piqué, Mata, Morata, Silva, Ferran or the aforementioned Pedri have been part of the best 11s chosen by RFEF coaches, youth football experts and institutions such as LaLiga, AFE, CSD and AEAF.
