Like his teammate, Bakary Koné – who will be in action with Burkina Faso – the young Moroccan striker will join his national teammates to prepare for the most important footballing event on the African continent. En-Nesyri, who has competed with Morocco’s first team six times, will join the training stage on Wednesday 28th December.
Morocco are in Group C of the Africa Cup of Nations – Gabon 2017, with the following match calendar in the first phase of the tournament:
- RD Congo vs Morocco (16th January, Stade Oyem)
- Morocco vs Togo (20th January, Stade Oyem)
- Morocco vs Ivory Coast (24th January, Stade Oyem)
