The noble art of fencing dates back to the Middle Ages, and since yesterday, has no secrets for members of The MBC. Spanish Olympic Medallist, Pirri greeted them at the Palacio de Deportes Martín Carpena to teach them about the sport in which he himself made history. With his bronze medal from the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, he became the first Spanish fencer to win a medal, the 100th in the history of national sport in the Games.
Currently, Pirri offers lectures on his experience and gave a talk to those present about the concepts learned during his career and their value in the business world. The ESIC business school organised the event, which was a great success.
The event kicked off at 09:30 and ended at midday, allowing the Business Club members to enjoy a different networking experience. Of course, we can confirm nobody was injured!
