“We achieved our objective and, above all, it’s the way we did it. It’s not only about being league champions, but also winning the four matches in the playoffs, achieving promotion away from home, conceding just one goal, playing with nearly every member of the team available and, especially, not giving anything away as that’s how these players felt professional, which I believe they are”.

“Since the first day we travelled to Ceuta to face Polillas we were at a 10, then little by little we moved to 50, then 100. The day against Granada was spectacular, the same against Femarguín. I’d like to tell them they have a month of rest now, we’ve got a lot to look forward to and I hope they accompany us to some great grounds. It’s about hard work and suffering, but with the fans behind us we suffer a lot less, of that I’m sure”.
