Cifu steps on to the pitch at Martiricos

Following his official presentation in front of the media in the Club’s press room, Cifu stepped on to the pitch at La Rosaleda wearing his new Blue and Whites’ shirt.

The Granada-born player took his first steps on the Martiricos pitch, accompanied by his family and close friends, and posed for photos for the media.  Cifu autographed a football and ‘Malaguista’ scarf for the fans who came to see him at La Rosaleda.

Cifu, born in Zújar, is the third player from Granada province to join Málaga Club de Fútbol since its re-founding in 1994.  His predecessors: Motril-born Armando Lozano and striker, Paco Esteban.  There were two players from Granada who were part of CD Málaga: Castillo (Motril) and Gabi (Gor).
