Charles: “We’ll fight to keep eighth place”

Blue and Whites’ striker, Charles Dias held a press conference in Málaga’s Historical Centre, at the opening of the Club’s new official store.

Statements by Charles

(Last match) “There’s still one match to go, and it’s not the same finishing in eighth as 12th place.  We’ll fight to keep the position we’re in now.  It’s important for the Club, so I hope the three points stay in Málaga.”

(Fans) “I want our fans to be like they always are, not just because it’s the last game.  We’re very grateful to them, as they always support us.”

(Personal) “I’m very well, both on and off the pitch.  It could be better, both for me and the team, but we gave all we had, and I think when you give your all, you have to go home content.”

(Upcoming season) “This season has been great for me and the Club.  I hope next year we continue to improve.

(Las Palmas) “A very difficult match.  They are at their best right now, and are a team who are pleasurable to watch.  It’s going to be tough yet great to play at the same time, but I hope the three points stay here.”
