The fourth and final phase of LaLiga Genuine Santander closed the 2018/19 season at the Ciudad Deportiva de Paterna Valenciana. Málaga CF, through its Foundation, had the best possible representation in its debut in a special and unforgettable competition for all those who have been part of it.
On a sporting level, Málaga Genuine won a full victory in Valencia by on Saturday beating 3-1 SD Eibar Fundazioa and 0-3 at Real Zaragoza; and, on Sunday, 1-3 to the SD Huesca to round off a sensational year with the first place of the 'Compañerismo Group'. 26 points in 9 games played, with 8 wins and 1 draw, incredible figures from the Malaguista team. In terms of 'Fair Play', won by the Athletic Club Fundazioa, Málaga CF was in a magnificent sixth place.
The soul of the Social Department of the MCF Foundation, Sebastián Fernández Reyes 'Basti', and Adriana Martín, captain of the Málaga CF Femenino, accompanied a team supported by almost a hundred Malaguista relatives and fans present in the stands to encourage their loved ones.
