After a predominantly physical start, exercises with the ball took centre stage this morning. The MCF Academy featured heavily in today’s session. As well as the usual Iván Rodríguez, Harper and Hicham (who is celebrating his 21st birthday today), also in action with the first team this morning were Spain U-19 internationals Hugo and Iván Jaime, plus juvenil goalkeeper Gonzalo and reserve team players Sergio Chica and Keidi Bare.
Training outside the group in the gym today were Juankar, Ontiveros, Mula, Miguel Torres, Luis Hernández and Koné. The latter three, under the supervision of physical trainer Manu Gestoso, complemented their recovery by undertaking specific training on the pitch.
Tomorrow, Thursday from 10:00 the Blue and Whites will return to training at the Ciudad de Málaga stadium.
