Mula and Luis Hernández gradually re-join the group

The winger returned to training with his teammates after nearly four months. Luis Hernández was also present in this morning’s session.

Two pieces of very good news from the infirmary midway through the week. Álex Mula trained with his teammates almost four months since his knee surgery, and Luis Hernández was also back with the group following a number of days in the gym. Both players exercised at a good pace until the final part of training, re-joining the team dynamic gradually, along with a physically fit Miguel Torres.

This Thursday morning session kicked off with a video viewing before moving on to the pitch at the Ciudad de Málaga to undergo the usual warm-up and work on tactics and strategic aspects of play.

Juankar, Ontiveros and Koné stayed in the gym today. All three continued with recovery from their respective physical problems and carried out personalised training, although both the Marbella-born winger and the African player also underwent specific training on the pitch under the instruction of physical trainer Manu Gestoso.

Homegrown players Chica, Keidi, Hugo and Iván Jaime trained under the orders of Muñiz in today’s session.

The team will return to work tomorrow, Friday at the same location (10:00, Ciudad de Málaga) to continue preparations for Sunday’s clash with Real Zaragoza.
