Amrabat, Filipenko and Rosales in starting-11 with their national teams

The Málaga CF players were in the starting line-up with their national teams. Amrabat put Morocco in the lead with a goal and an assist, whilst Filipenko with Belarus and Rosales with Venezuela, lost out to the Ukraine and Honduras respectively.

Amrabat

The Moroccan-born player opened the scoring for his country in the Africa Cup qualifier against São Tomé and Príncipe.  The match ended in a 3-0 win for Morocco, with a goal and an assist from the Málaga CF player.

Filipenko

Filipenko played for 90 minutes with Belarus in the Euro 2015 qualification match against the Ukraine.  Belarus lost by 3-1.

Belarus, who now mathematically have no options to qualify for the European Championships in the same group as Spain, are up against Luxembourg on Tuesday 8th September in another Euro qualifier.

Rosales

The Blue and Whites’ winger was part of the Venezuela line-up for the entire game against Honduras, a preparation match ahead of the World Cup qualifiers, in which Venezuela lost by 0-3.

This Tuesday 8th, the ‘Vinotinto’ side has another friendly scheduled against Panama, taking place in Venezuela, to continue preparing for the forthcoming official matches.
