Alhaurín invasion at La Rosaleda

Around 250 residents from Alhaurín de la Torre attended #MálagaRealZaragoza for the second match featuring ‘Malaguistas to the Core’.

Alhaurín de la Torre is an eminently Malaguista municipality. Many of its residents cheer on MCF during every game at La Rosaleda, but last Saturday was a full-blown invasion.

Mayor of the town, Joaquín Villanova joined the ‘Malaguistas to the Core’ campaign, through which different municipalities from Málaga visit the stadium for a league match. The reception from Alhaurín was so good that they filled four buses. The 250 residents donned their Blue and White shirts and you could certainly notice them in the stands. They cheered the team on, enjoyed the game and showed their passion for the colours.

The town was represented in the Presidential Box with their mayor, they showcased the local products in the VIP area, appeared on the video scoreboard and the ‘U’ virtual television, 11 local children posed in the initial team photo with the players and, of course, they were mentioned on the official speaker.

An unforgettable experience. Thank you for invading us, Malaguistas to the Core!
