“I believe it was a good point. We need to make the most of it next week. In the first half it was a struggle, they were strong physically and we had to propose our gameplay more, which is what we did in the second half. However, we need to keep improving in the final metres, as today in that sense we weren’t as tight. On a positive note, we defended well, now we have the Cup coming up and must try to end the league competition in a good way before the Christmas holidays”.

Improve in the rival area

“The three points helped us to move up the standings. In the second half we tried more but need to keep improving in the rival area as that is what will get us the points. We must be more demanding and better ourselves, as we have the ability”.

Julio’s debut

“He was only on the pitch for a few minutes, but I’m happy for him. He’s a young lad who has shown he has a nose for goal in the reserve team, and we’re delighted with the boys that are coming up from the reserve team”.

Self-demanding

“I’m not concerned as I see the team working hard each week. We are trying to be more demanding of ourselves in order to improve”.
