The Málaga CF squad resumed training this morning at the Ciudad de Málaga stadium to continue preparations for Monday’s clash with CA Osasuna at La Rosaleda stadium. Today’s session was marked by tactics and strategy training.
The positive note of the session was the gradual re-incorporation of Adrián González into the group session. The midfielder, who wasn’t able to train with his teammates during the week due to lower back pain, completed part of the session three days before the match against CA Osasuna.
Homegrown players Hugo and Iván Jaime, as well as Iván Rodríguez, Jack Harper and Keidi, were in training under the orders of Muñiz in today’s session.
Juankar, Dani Pacheco, Miguel Torres, Lacen and Iván Alejo remained in the gym. The latter two stepped on to the pitch to continue working with physical trainer, Manu Gestoso.
The team will resume training tomorrow, Saturday from 10:00 at the same location.
