The team secured their place in the next round of the Copa del Rey with a 0-3 win over Sporting de Alcázar last night and returned to Málaga by coach from Castilla-La Mancha around midday.

The players who have accumulated the most minutes took part in a recovery session, while the rest of the squad worked at a higher intensity under the coach’s instructions on the training pitch at the club’s training ground.

Martínez, Joaquín, Cruz, Aaron Ochoa and Lobete continue to train separately from the group as they remain unavailable.

Málaga CF will return to training at the Ciudad Deportiva Fundación MCF tomorrow, Thursday, at 10:30.
