Aaron Ochoa: “I’ve been here for nine years, and I hope there are many more to come”

The footballer, raised in the MCF Academy and recently renewed by the Club until 2029, feels that they are “giving me the confidence I needed” and hopes to “keep improving,” in words shared with MCFTV.

Happy to stay with Málaga

“I’m extremely happy. It’s a pleasure to be at home and to renew for a few more years.”

“I came here when I was nine years old, and now I’m 18. I’ve been here for nine years, and I hope there are many, many more to come.”

Continuity

“They’re giving me the confidence I needed. Everything has been going really well in the last few matches, I scored a goal and provided an assist, and I hope there are many more moments like this here.”

Individual and collective

“On a personal level, I want to keep improving, becoming more and more integrated into the team, and being able to contribute. On a collective level, the future will tell, and we’ll see what happens.”

Fans

“From the very beginning, the support they’ve given me has been incredible. It’s an amazing pleasure to play here at La Rosaleda.”

Future

“My dream is obvious, to take Málaga to the First Division. And to stay here.”
