Paul Baysse, who developed his entire career in France will make his home as a French player within the Martiricos entity. The last French player to be part of Málaga CF was Toulalan, between 2011 and 2013; a colossal midfielder who was key in the Club’s most outstanding stage, with historic participation in the Champions League, and in the best League classifications of all time.
More recent cases were those of Nabil Baha and Selim Benachour, born in France and internationals with Morocco and Tunisia respectively. In regard to coaches, the legendary Marcel Domingo was the French-born coach of Málaga between 1972 and 1975, who coincidentally played and coached the team where Paul Baysse came from, OGC Nice.
