Adrián will bring his versatility to midfield

Midfielder, Adrián González will be part of Málaga CF for the next three seasons. The versatile player will be presented on Monday 3rd July at 19:00 at Pedro Berruezo municipal ground.

Career

Born in Madrid in 1988 (29 years old), Adrián González Morales was formed in the lower categories of Real Madrid CF. In 2006/07, in the Second Division, he excelled with Madrid Castilla, playing 38 matches and scoring five goals. The following season he continued in the silver division, with Celta de Vigo and Nástic de Tarragona, making his debut in the elite in 2008/09 in the ranks of Getafe CF. Subsequently, he joined Racing de Santander (2010-12), Rayo Vallecano (2012-14) and Elche CF (2014-15), always remaining in the top flight of Spanish football.

Scoring explosion with Eibar

As well as being an attacking midfielder, or anchored to the profile of his favoured leg, the left, or a playmaker after the number ‘9’, Adrián completed the two best seasons of his career in the past two years at Eibar. He has accumulated 60 games in LaLiga and scored 12 goals, becoming a key player in the team that ended the 2016/17 season in 10th place.

A Spain international in the lower categories, Adrián has competed in the First Division, Second Division and Copa del Rey in a total of 295 matches (29 goals) as a professional, of which 214 have been in LaLiga.
